Returns and Exchanges
We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased online for return or exchange. Items must include the attached ModaPosa price tickets and be accompanied by the original receipt.
Returns are allowed up to 7 days after delivery. If you wish to return an item, please email us at Info@ModaPosa.com with your order number, the item you'd like to return, and reason for return. We will send you a shipping label thereafter.
You can send items back to us at the address below using any trackable/insured shipping method. Sorry, we can’t accept COD returns.

Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.
If you have purchased items that are now on sale, we will gladly offer you a one-time price adjustment if you contact us within 7 days of the original date of shipment or in-store purchase.
For online or phone orders, please Contact us to request a price adjustment. We do not offer price adjustments on shipping charges.
We’re unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions or discounts. Promotions or discounts can’t be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated. Credits will be applied back to the original form of payment. If you paid with a gift card or e-gift card, a new gift card or e-gift card will be issued for the amount of the credit.
